Separate-type level switch
Vibration
When powder is poured into a tank, it accumulates in a conical shape. You may have to vibrate the tank vigorously to break up and flatten the deposits. In this case, if an electrode and amplifier integrated type is used, the precision equipment in the amplifier section may malfunction or be damaged, making measurements impossible. You should use a "separate type" with separate electrode and amplifier sections. No precision equipment is mounted on the electrode section, allowing measurements to be taken without being affected by vibration. You can install the amplifier section in a place where it is not affected by vibrations and perform measurements.
Measurement location is high or remote
If the tank is in a high place or in a remote place, you make use a "separate type".
You don't have to climb high or go to a remote location every time you make adjustments to your equipment.You can adjust it nearby anytime at necessary.
Carrying
You can move the tank along with the electrodes when you have to go through some work steps.
The cable is easy to connect and disconnect, so you can remove the cable, move it, and reconnect it at the next work site for detection.
